MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has seen major international breakthroughs into the Latin pop culture. Una Lady Como Tu, the song that he released in 2016, was awarded the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for the Best Song. The singer released his first long-player ADN to the local Sony distributor in Medellin La Industria Inc. It was atop the Top Latin Albums chart, it ranked no. 8. The following year he joined Ozuna to record their Top Five smash Vaina Loca. Mala Influencia is which was released in the year 2020, by Noriel and her Dopamina album in the same year. Then, in 2021 He sang a duet 2021 with TINI in her smash hit Maldita Foto. The smash hit La Bachata from 2000 was published in 2023. Turizo is a musician born into a musical family. Both his parents were also musicians. In interviews, he referred to the importance of music as a requirement. While a youngster, he played the ukulele guitar and piano. His initial choice of career was to be a veterinarian however, his brother Julian convinced him to study to sing with an instructor from a Cuban teacher. It was the result that he discovered his own talents for singing, and the result changed the course his life.
